"SKY GARDEN" is a luxurious complex of a closed type that will be built in Lozenets – the most rapidly developing resort of the non-commercial type on the south Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

The “SKY GARDEN” relax center on the last floor of the complex will be used for free by the owners of apartments on the last floor.


When signing the preliminary contract for purchase, all owners have to sign also a maintenance contract and the internal rules for the complex.

The owners who want to rent their apartment out have to sign a property management contract.
